Dahlia AI.
A custom AI sales concierge for Shopify stores, built to recommend live products, capture leads, route high-intent customers, and let store owners take over conversations from their phone.
A concierge that feels native to premium storefronts.
The new Dahlia interface is built around fast mobile decisions: clear entry points, short conversational steps, product suggestions, multilingual support, and lead capture when the shopper needs a human follow-up.

Turning first-touch conversations into a managed sales system.
Dahlia started as Dona, a custom concierge for Nordblooms. The first version proved that a Shopify chat widget could be more than support: it could ask the right question, recommend from the real catalogue, capture leads, and let the owner join when a customer needed a human answer.
I turned that deployment into a productized system that can be adapted to each store's catalogue, brand language, theme, operational rules, and owner workflow.
Designed around the messy moments owners usually handle manually.
The value is not just the chat bubble. Dahlia decides when to sell, when to capture a lead, when to surface a human option, and when to move the shopper into direct contact or scheduling.
Product discovery
Dahlia asks one useful question, understands the shopper intent, and routes them to the right product or collection instead of giving long generic answers.
Lead capture
Name, email, and customer context are captured inside the chat flow so the store can follow up without interrupting the buying moment.
Human takeover
The owner can join from a mobile admin panel, reply manually, resolve the conversation, or hand it back to the AI when the sensitive part is handled.
Store operations
For local or service-heavy stores, Dahlia can route customers to text, call, pickup scheduling, or email follow-up when chat is not the right next step.
Every screen is designed to keep the customer moving.
Dahlia does not depend on one generic chat view. It has a welcome flow, guided prompts, recommendation states, and lead capture states that can be branded for each store.

Quick actions, language support, and a warm opening path give shoppers a direct route into the right conversation.

Dahlia keeps the flow short, asks for context, and moves the customer toward an answer without burying them in generic chat.

The assistant can move from intent to product cards, showing curated recommendations inside the chat surface.

When a shopper needs handoff, Dahlia can collect details and confirm the next step without leaving the chat.
The form lives inside the conversation, then confirms the next step.
Dahlia can ask for details at the right point in the chat, capture the shopper's lead, and return a clear status message without pushing them into a separate page.

Dahlia CMS: one dashboard to run every conversation.
Behind the storefront widget sits a full admin built for store owners. Dahlia CMS brings the live inbox, captured leads, analytics, automations, and per-market settings into one calm, branded workspace, so the owner can watch the AI work and step in only when it matters.

Conversation stats, an AI-handled chat thread, a filterable chat and leads list, and a visitor panel with status, department, contact capture, and one-tap take-over or resolve.

Captured leads are organised into cards with name, email, market, and country, so the owner can filter Greece and Cyprus and follow up fast.

A real-time view of volume over the last 7 days, status breakdown, and splits by market and detected language to see what the concierge is handling.
- Unified inbox with AI, live, take-over, and resolve states
- Per-conversation visitor, contact-capture, and quick-action panels

System pieces

- Optional Google Voice, scheduling, and email workflow routing.
Built like a product, installed like a service.
Each store gets a different Dahlia. The visual layer, opening flow, product logic, escalation rules, and admin workflow are shaped around the real store rather than a generic app template.
That makes it easier to sell as a premium managed system: audit the store, train the concierge, install the widget, connect the owner workflow, and keep tuning from real conversations.
